Job Title: Senior Consultant | Project Management (PMO) | Mumbai | Customer Strategy & Design
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather, document, and manage business requirements across capital markets, trade lifecycle, and customer lifecycle management initiatives.
2. Create BRDs, process flows, and test scenarios; coordinate UAT with cross-functional teams across time zones.
3. Support legacy system decommission projects, ensuring complete business readiness and smooth transition.
4. Communicate status updates, risks, and UAT results clearly to stakeholders.
5. Use Excel, JIRA, and Confluence effectively for requirement tracking and project documentation.
Requirements
1. 3-6 years of BA/PM experience in capital markets domain.
2. Strong skills in requirement gathering, test scenario writing, and stakeholder coordination.
3. Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects across global teams.
Good To Have
1. Experience in legacy system decommissioning.
2. Familiarity with compliance requirements and risk management in financial services.
