Your work profile

- Supported end-to-end governance and delivery of SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Coordinated project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities across SAP workstreams.
- Managed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path tracking for SAP programs.
- Prepared and maintained project governance artifacts including RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, and project dashboards.
- Monitored project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Facilitated project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Worked closely with SAP functional, technical, Basis, security, and business teams to ensure project milestones were achieved.
- Tracked project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while driving mitigation and resolution plans.
- Supported SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinated UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare support, and project closure processes.
- Developed executive-level reports, KPI dashboards, and project performance metrics for leadership review.
- Ensured compliance with PMO standards, SAP Activate methodology, project governance frameworks, and organizational processes.
- Managed project documentation, repository maintenance, audit requirements, and quality assurance activities.
- Supported vendor management, resource onboarding, and project staffing activities.
- Contributed to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP project delivery and governance effectiveness.
