Your work profile

The Senior SAP CPI Consultant will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP/non-SAP applications while adhering to SAP Clean Core and integration best practices.A Senior SAP CPI Consultant is expected to lead the integration strategy for SAP S/4HANA programs by designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite. The role is responsible for enabling seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP applications, modernizing legacy interfaces, driving API-led integration, ensuring compliance with SAP Clean Core principles, and supporting successful project delivery from design through Go-Live and Hypercare.

Key skills required

• 6–8 years of SAP integration and middleware experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (SAP CPI) on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or integration projects.
• Experience with SAP PI/PO migration to CPI, API management, cloud integrations, and hybrid landscapes is highly preferred.

Business & Integration Consulting

• Conduct integration workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Analyze existing system interfaces and integration architecture.
• Prepare Integration Requirement Documents (IRD) and Technical Design Specifications.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis for integration requirements.
• Recommend SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP best practices.

Solution Design

• Design end-to-end integration architecture for SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare Integration Design Documents (IDD).
• Define integration patterns for cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and hybrid scenarios.
• Design reusable integration components and APIs.
• Ensure security, scalability, monitoring, and high availability of integration solutions.

• Monitor interface execution.
• Analyze message processing logs.
• Troubleshoot integration failures.
• Perform root cause analysis.

• Maintain interface documentation.
• Support production incidents and Hypercare.
