Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP Data Migration | Mumbai | SAP

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Data Migration with expertise in SAP BODS to support end-to-end data migration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ETL processes, data mapping, data cleansing, and SAP data objects, ensuring successful data migrations to SAP S/4HANA or other SAP environments.

• Collaborate with business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand data requirements and define migration strategies.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Design, develop, and optimize BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems to SAP.
• Perform data mapping and validation between source and target systems, ensuring business rules are adhered to.
• Utilize LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs for SAP data loads.
• Support mock loads, test cycles, and cutover activities as part of data migration execution.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and recommend improvements to data migration processes.
• Document data migration strategies, processes, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and offshore teams as needed.
