Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP EHS | Mumbai | SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EHS/EHSM Consultant with 5-8 years of functional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have driven at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation project, specializing in Product Compliance, Product Safety, Incident Management, and Environment Management. You will act as a key functional expert, responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying EHS solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA EHS implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Product Safety & Stewardship: Configure and manage SAP EHS Product Safety, including Specification Management, Phrase Management, Property Trees, and Dangerous Goods Management.
• Product Compliance: Implement SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance for SDS (Safety Data Sheet) management, Label Management, Regulatory Content Updates, and REACH/RoHS compliance.
• Incident Management: Configure Incident Management (EHHSS) to support recording, investigation, and reporting of near-misses, injuries, and environmental releases.
• Environment Management: Set up Environment Management, including data collection, sampling, calculations, and regulatory reporting for emissions and waste.
• Technical Integration: Configure WWI (Word Wide Interface) report templates, OCC/ADM, and Expert rulesets. Ensure seamless integration with logistics modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Client Management: Lead business blue printing workshops, map client requirements, and provide strategic solutions to complex EHS challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years of total experience in SAP EHS/EHSM.
• Implementation: At least one full-cycle implementation project using SAP S/4HANA.
• Core Modules: Strong hands-on experience in:
• Product Compliance/Safety: SDS, Labels, DG, Regulatory content.
• Incident Management: Investigation, Reporting.
• Environment Management: Emissions, Sampling.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with WWI Templates, Property Tree Configuration, and Fiori Apps for EHS.
• Integration Knowledge: Good understanding of integration points with MM, SD, and PP.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in EHS.
• Experience with S/4HANA 1709 or higher.
• Knowledge of ABAP basics for functional specifications
