Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Consultant with 5–8 years of strong functional expertise in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of finance and controlling processes, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on configuration experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and AMS support
• Analyze business finance processes and translate requirements into SAP FICO solutions
• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Tax & Withholding Tax Configuration
• Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders (IO)
• Product Costing
• COPA (Costing-based / Account-based)
• Manage period-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
• Handle FI–CO integration and integration with other modules such as SD, MM, PP
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms
• Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for RICEFW developments
• Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
• Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and SAP best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant
• Strong experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance
• End-to-end understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Strong configuration experience in FI and CO modules
• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementations
• Knowledge of financial closing, statutory reporting, and taxation
• Experience working with RICEFW objects
• Good understanding of business finance and controlling concepts

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Simple Finance)
• Exposure to New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and S/4HANA Asset Accounting
• Knowledge of GST / VAT / country-specific statutory requirements
• SAP FICO Certification
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
