The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll get to lead and deliver SAP solutions that truly make a difference, while working alongside a dynamic team of professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Clients: Be the go-to person for clients, helping them define their needs and then delivering SAP solutions that solve their toughest challenges. You’ll work directly with them to understand their business and shape the right solutions.
• Design and Configure: Use your expertise in SAP MM to design and configure solutions that improve key areas like purchasing, inventory management, and materials planning.
• Lead Projects: You’ll take charge of SAP MM projects from start to finish. You’ll guide a team to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Hands-On Implementation: Roll up your sleeves and get involved in configuring the system, testing solutions, migrating data, and delivering training to ensure users are set up for success.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Keep an eye on the bigger picture—identify areas for process optimization and improvement, always looking for ways to make things better for the client.
• Mentor Others: You’ll be guiding and sharing knowledge with junior consultants, helping them grow while maintaining high-quality results on your projects.
• Build Relationships: You’ll become a trusted advisor to our clients, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions we deliver align with their strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You’ve spent at least 5-8 years working hands-on with SAP MM and have a solid track record of delivering end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
• SAP MM Expertise: You’re an expert in SAP MM, especially in areas like Material Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.
• Client-Facing Experience: You’ve worked with clients before, not just behind the scenes, but engaging with them directly to solve their challenges.
• Leadership Skills: You have experience leading a team, whether that’s mentoring junior consultants or taking ownership of a project.
• Problem-Solving: You have a knack for breaking down complex business problems and designing creative, effective SAP solutions.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• SAP Certification: An SAP MM certification would be a nice bonus, but not a dealbreaker.

• If you have experience with SAP S/4HANA or project management methodologies like Agile, that’s a plus!
