Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP PPQM | Mumbai | SAP

Work you’ll do 

The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

·        Relevant experience of 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO. 

·        Prior domain experience is desirable. 

·        End to end project implementation experience in SAP PPQM in at least 1-2 projects (excluding support projects) 

·        Considerable CIN knowledge and experience of working with Indian clients 

·        Experience in integration of PPQM module with other modules. 

·        S4 HANA experience is desirable. 

Key skills required: 

·        

SAP PP (Production Planning):

• Strong understanding of production planning processes (MTS, MTO, repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing)

• Expertise in master data: Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing

• Experience with MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and capacity planning

• Knowledge of Shop Floor Control, order types, and order execution

• Proficiency in integration with MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO modules

• Configuration and customization of production orders, planned orders, and process orders

• Hands-on experience with version management, batch management, and serial number management

• Familiarity with PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) if applicable

SAP QM (Quality Management):

• Strong understanding of quality planning, inspection, and control processes

• Experience in configuring inspection types, inspection plans, and sampling procedures

• Knowledge of quality notifications, defect recording, and results recording

• Integration experience with MM (incoming inspection), PP (in-process inspection), and SD (outgoing inspection)

• Familiarity with Certificates of Analysis (COA) and audit management

• Skills in QM in procurement and production, and integration with EHS if relevant

• Ability to handle quality issue investigation and root cause analysis

• Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements
