Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and prepare Business Blueprint Documents (BPDs), functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Configure SAP RE-FX for real estate objects, including properties, buildings, rental units, land, and other real estate assets.
• Configure and manage lease-in and lease-out contracts, including contract conditions, rent adjustments, renewals, terminations, and amendments.
• Implement lease accounting and support compliance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS 16 and Ind AS 116.
• Configure periodic postings, condition-based postings, rent calculations, service charges, and settlement processes.
• Integrate SAP RE-FX with FI/CO, Asset Accounting, SAP PS, MM, SD, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Support real estate business processes such as property leasing, rental management, tenant billing, security deposits, and operating expense recoveries.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms, and coordinate with the ABAP development team.
• Perform configuration testing, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, reconciliation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Analyze business issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions for production support incidents.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, training materials, and conduct end-user training.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and implementation.
• Good understanding of real estate management, lease administration, rental contracts, and property management processes.
• Knowledge of lease accounting requirements under IFRS 16 and Ind AS 116.
• Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, MM, SD, and PS.
• Experience preparing BPDs, functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its relevant RE-FX capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently manage functional deliverables and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1 End to End Implementation & 1 Roll- out in pharma industry is must.
