Your work profile
The Senior SAP TM Consultant will lead the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and support of SAP Transportation Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and logistics execution processes aligned with business requirements.
Key skills required
Experience
- 6–8+ years of SAP experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on SAP TM implementation experience
- At least 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield implementations preferred
Business Process Consulting
- Gather and analyze business requirements for transportation and logistics.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Recommend SAP TM best practices.
Solution Design
- Design end-to-end transportation processes.
- Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Configure SAP TM based on business requirements.
- Define transportation planning strategies.
- Design freight settlement processes.
