Your work profile:

The L2.5 Support Analyst is responsible for handling advanced configuration-level changes across enterprise systems and applications. This role bridges L2 troubleshooting and L3 development, ensuring system configurations are optimized, compliant, and aligned with business needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform configuration-level changes in applications, platforms, and integrated systems.
• Analyse and resolve escalated issues requiring system-level adjustments or parameter tuning.
• Collaborate with L3/development teams for complex fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain configuration documentation and change logs.
• Support release management and deployment activities.
• Validate configuration changes through testing and impact analysis.
• Ensure compliance with change management.
• Provide guidance to L2 teams on configuration-related best practices.

Location and way of working:

• Base location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad

• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in application support or system configuration roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and configuration frameworks.
• Experience with configuration tools, admin consoles, and system parameters.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and SaaS configurations.
• Experience with Node.js, type scripting, java scripting
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
