Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our Emerging ET&P Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

o Implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning

o Analyzing financial/workforce models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models) and translating those models into Adaptive Planning

o Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products

o Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite

o Develop and enhance the existing Adaptive Planning product offering

Job Overview

Should be able to understand the client requirements, redesign business processes, applications and system designs

Required excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate ideas and solutions to customers, team members and partners

Should possess an ability to lead and work within and outside team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

Skills Required

Qualifications:

o

Finance Background recommended, MBA / PG / CA/ CFA

o

Overall 4 years of experience with ERP and EPM solutions and a minimum of 2+ year of experience workday

Technology & Transformation - ET&P: Workday Adaptive

Planning

• Experience

o Must hold Adaptive Planning certification

o Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus

o 6+ years of experience with atleast 2 end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning

o Strong financial and/or management accounting background

o Passion for providing exceptional customer service

o Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

o Well organized and detail-oriented

• Skills and Competencies

o Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments

for change and transformation

o Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

o Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently

o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word

etc.

o Willingness to travel - This role required travel depending on project requirements
