In our Assurance (A&A) team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

 

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work for various industry especially real estate to manage their day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations and support management with required outcomes. The work you will undertake is pivotal in supporting the business to drive through improving effectiveness in the end-to-end process. Your role will be to timely record vendor and customer invoices in ERP, raise timely customer invoices, maintaining records, and preparing management reports.

 

Technical Capability

 

Must have a knowledge of day-to-day accounting and book-keeping experience. Experience with real estate industry is preferred.

 

Experience in raising invoices to customers and recording vendor invoices and ability to adapt to the ERP systems.

 

Ability to maintain supporting files and records and produce required management reports

 

Identify irregularities with the ledger balances and report to the management

 

Performing reconciliations with the payment advises obtained from customers and recording bank receipts accounting entries.

 

Experience with preparation of bank reconciliations, control account reconciliation, ledger to sub-ledger reconciliation. Additionally, experience on preparation of unbilled revenue workings, bad debts provisions accrued expenditure workings, prepaid expense working.

 

Experience with preparing and filing GSTR1, GSTR3B, GST (RCM) workings, TDS/ TCS workings and TDS 26AS reconciliation.

 

Hands on experience of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
