Role Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to support a client engagement focused on EPFO operations, employee KYC, and regulatory documentation. This is a one-year, full-time, on-site assignment based out of the client’s office in Mumbai. Candidates will play a key role in liaising with employees, regulators, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and timely documentation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & KYC Support:

  • Follow up with current and former employees to complete KYC formalities on the EPFO portal.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees facing challenges in updating EPFO records.

2. Regulatory Liaison:

  • Coordinate with EPFO and other statutory authorities for gathering information, status updates, and required approvals.
  • Track communication and submissions to ensure timely regulatory compliance.

3. Banking & Investment KYC:

  • Facilitate and monitor the completion of KYC for trust banking and investment-related activities.
  • Collaborate with banks and fund managers to resolve discrepancies or pending items.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare accumulation statements in accordance with the EPFO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support in preparing regulatory submissions and audit documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and actions.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in payroll operations, employee benefits, or EPFO-related work.
  • Sound understanding of EPFO procedures, KYC norms, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders including employees, clients, and government authorities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and general documentation.
