Role Overview
We are looking for professionals with experience in IPO Advisory and Capital Markets to support clients in preparing for public listings and equity capital market transactions. The role involves working closely with leadership teams of issuing companies, investment bankers, and regulatory bodies among other transaction intermediaries to manage end-to-end IPO readiness and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks governing equity capital markets transactions, including SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act 2013
- Support capital market transactions including IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and rights issues.
- Understanding of the execution processes and ability & experience to execute ECM assignments
- Managing virtual data room (VDR) and handholding client on various aspects of IPO DD Checklist
- Manage due diligence processes covering financial, legal, and compliance aspects
- Co-ordination and involvement with BRLMs and law firms in preparation of documentation, assisting in due diligence and managing the overall stage wise execution till listing
- Analytical and financial modelling skills
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation support, and capital structuring for IPO transactions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Decent PPT skills for development of pitch decks & proposals
- Good Excel Skills is a must
Qualification:
- MBA / CA / CFA
- LLB candidacy is a plus
