Role Overview
As a Senior Executive, you will support clients in delivering integration and separation projects related to mergers and acquisitions. Your work will involve assisting in the development of strategies, planning for Day 1 readiness, and supporting post-deal implementation. You will gain exposure to all aspects of integration and separation across diverse transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Programme Management Office (PMO) support on engagements.
- Assist clients in meeting programme objectives and preparing periodic deliverables.
- Develop consulting skills in strategic thinking, programme management, and change management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and client teams to track actions, manage risks/issues, and facilitate decision-making.
- Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive culture.
Opportunities

Eligibility
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
