Your work profile

• Manage and administer SAP systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and system monitoring.
• Handle SAP user administration, roles, authorizations, transports, and security.
• Perform system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and database/application server management.
• Manage SAP HANA databases, backups, recovery, system refreshes, and high-availability activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, implementations, and production environments, including incident resolution.

Key skills required

• Administer and maintain SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.
• Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, kernel updates, support pack implementation, and system refresh activities.
• Monitor SAP system health, performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage Transport Management System (TMS), transport requests, and production deployments.
• Perform client copies, system copies, database refreshes, and landscape synchronization activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP application servers, work processes, background jobs, spool management, and interface connectivity.
• Perform SAP HANA database administration activities, including monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
• Support SAP Security teams with user administration, role transport, and authorization-related activities.
• Coordinate with functional, ABAP, Security, CPI, and infrastructure teams during project implementation and production support.
• Monitor system logs, analyze technical issues, and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and operational manuals.
• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, cloud migration, and SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Perform system performance tuning and recommend improvements for infrastructure optimization.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, audit requirements, and change management processes.

Education

Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
