Job Title: Senior Executive | eDiscovery | Mumbai | Forensic & Financial Crime
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated junior professional with hands-on experience in digital forensic data acquisition and eDiscovery support. The candidate will assist in forensic collections, evidence handling, data processing, and RelativityOne administration activities across investigations, litigation support, regulatory inquiries, and cyber incident response engagements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical capabilities in forensic acquisition tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal investigation teams and Client IT, legal and compliance teams
Key Responsibilities
Digital Forensic Data Acquisition
- Perform forensic acquisition of data from computers, servers, mobile devices, cloud platforms, and removable media.
- Conduct evidence collection while maintaining chain of custody and forensic defensibility.
- Support preservation, imaging, validation, and documentation activities.
- Assist with data processing, triage, and forensic analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare collection reports, evidence logs, and engagement documentation.
eDiscovery & RelativityOne Administration
- Support RelativityOne workspace administration and user management.
- Assist with matter setup, permissions management, data imports, exports, and production activities.
- Monitor workspace health, processing jobs, and review workflows.
- Coordinate with review teams, and project managers to support document review activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and project activities.
Engagement Delivery
- Collaborate with investigation, cyber, legal, and compliance teams on matters requiring digital evidence.
- Support quality assurance procedures and adherence to forensic best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital forensics, cyber investigations, or eDiscovery.
- Hands-on experience with:
- EnCase
- FTK (Forensic Toolkit)
- Cellebrite
- Oxygen Forensics
- RelativityOne Administration
- Understanding of forensic acquisition methodologies, chain of custody, and evidence handling procedures.
- Knowledge of Windows, mobile device, and cloud-based data collection techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- RelativityOne certifications (Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity Certified User, or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Exposure to forensic investigations, or regulatory matters.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud data collections, and enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM) concepts.
