Job Title:  Senior Manager | OTM | Mumbai | Oracle

We are looking for an experienced OTM functional lead to manage Oracle cloud projects, focusing on OTM as module for Senior Manager role. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep functional knowledge of required module, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. Candidate Should be willing to travel as needed on business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the OTM team, providing training, support, and drive OTM assets building initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, providing input based on user experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, and Internal compliance departments to manage OTM engagements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in order management, logistics domain, with at least 4 years in a team managing role
• Strong understanding of order management systems, preferably with expertise in OTM
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
