• 5–8 years of SAP-centric experience, with 2–4+ years hands-on on SAP BTP
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration and extensibility

• Message-based, API-led, and event-driven integrations

• BTP landscape design & sizing
• Multi-account strategy (Global / Subaccount model)
• Dev–Test–Prod setup
• Clean Core & extensibility best practices
• Performance, security, and cost optimization

• Lead solution design for BTP extensions and integrations
• Guide junior developers/consultants
• Perform technical reviews & best practices enforcement
• Coordinate with functional teams and SAP architects
• Support deployments and production issues
• Contribute to upgrade and migration initiatives
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams
