Your work profile

• Manage and support core SAP FICO processes including:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Financial Close and Consolidation (FCC)
• Handle Controlling components such as:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Product Costing
• Internal Orders
• Revenue Recognition
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Material Ledger setup
• Support period-end and year-end closing processes for large, multi-country and Indian clients
• Work on integration with other SAP modules, including:
• SD (VKOA – account determination)
• MM (OBYC – automatic postings)
• Bank interfaces (MT940)
• PP, PM, and PS (settlements and project costing)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare Business Blueprint (BBP)
• Map requirements to standard SAP, identify gaps, and provide appropriate solutions
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and work with technical teams for development
• Develop unit test cases, test scenarios, and support SIT & UAT cycles
• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide inputs for Roles & Authorizations (R&A) and guide security teams
• Prepare End User Training (EUT) materials and conduct training sessions
• Support data migration activities including master data and open transactions using DMC
• Ensure timely delivery and obtain client sign-offs on deliverables
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex issues
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation project
• Experience in 2+ support projects, including domestic support
• Hands-on experience in financial closing processes
• Experience working with large and complex enterprise environments

Key skills required: 

• Strong experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules)
• Hands-on experience in financial accounting and controlling processes
• Good understanding of India Taxation (GST)
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, PS)
• Experience in Material Ledger and project-related costing
• Exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori Apps (standard and custom)
• Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
