Your work profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply‑Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–9 years of SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in SAP WM
• Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP WM implementation project.
• Drive the design, configuration, testing and delivery of warehouse management solutions within S/4HANA transformation projects
• Conduct workshops with warehouse supervisors, material planners and IT to capture functional requirements (storage types, bin strategies, handling units, wave management, cross‑docking, etc.)
• Set up warehouse structure – storage types, sections, bins, and handling units.
• Configure inbound/outbound processes (goods receipt, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping).
• Define inventory management rules, physical inventory procedures, and warehouse order creation strategies (e.g., RF‑guided, barcode, mobile).

Key skills required: 

The SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD modules. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, aligning SAP solutions with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and distribution processes.

• Lead and manage SAP SD implementation and integration projects (including S/4HANA).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules (pricing, billing, order management, shipping, etc.).
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, PP, EWM).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare documentation, test cases, and project reports for senior management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in SAP SD, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes and integration points.
• Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and EDI integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM.
• SAP certification (preferred).
