Role and Responsibility:

  • BA  Lead is responsible for leading a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality requirements, ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions, and drive successful project outcomes
  • Total years of experience – 12-15 years of experience
  • Total years of BA Experience – 8+ Years
  • Corporate Banking domain experience – 5+ years of experience
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts.
  • Define best practices, standards, and frameworks for business analysis.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure optimal utilization of BA resources.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development planning.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and methodologies.
  • Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of digital channels – Internet banking , Mobile banking , API banking etc
  • Good domain knowledge of corporate banking joureys
