Your work profile:
As a Senior Consultant in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze wealth management lending products including securities-based lending, lombard loans, mortgages, and credit facilities, documenting business requirements for product enhancements and new lending solutions.
- Collaborate with Risk Management and Credit teams to define business rules for automated credit decisioning, collateral valuation processes, and ongoing portfolio monitoring within wealth management lending platforms.
- Define integration specifications between lending platforms and core wealth management systems.
- Design test scenarios, coordinate UAT activities with Lending, Risk, Operations, Front Office users, and ensure all functional requirements are met.
- Maintain business requirements documentation, functional specifications, test evidences in accordance with governance standards.
- Provide regular status updates to Project Manager, working group, steering committees, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Functional Skills:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in Business Requirements Document & other project, documentation generation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and supporting project managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience preparing committee packs, UAT planning, and delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Detailed knowledge in Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx or similar data transformation/dashboarding tools, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Projects, is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Strong presentation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, and a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent organization, prioritisation and documentation skills
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Market projects in either Risk, Capital or Liquidity.
Education:
- B.Tech/ MBA/BE/MCA
