Your work profile:

As a Manager  in our CS&D Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.) 

Key Skills Required:

• Domain expertise in corporate banking, preferably transaction banking incl payments, cash management and trade
• Experience in project planning, governance and maintaining RAID logs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project, Programme management and agile change delivery approaches and tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Effective collaboration and engagement with a broad set of stakeholders.
• Preferred – experience in implementing core banking systems for a large bank
• Cash Management: Solutions that help organizations optimize and control their cash flow, including account management, liquidity management, and cash concentration.
• Payments and Collections: Services enabling efficient domestic and international payments, collections, and fund transfers.
• Trade Finance: Financing and facilitation of international trade transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and export/import financing.

Level of Experience Required:

• 8-12 years’ experience in project – definition and implementation - facilitating requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, documenting requirements, user stories, backlog management
• Education : Btech/ BE/ MBA/ MCA

Location and way of working:

• Location- Mumbai/Pune
• Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
