Key Skills Required:
· Have strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem with prior experience of working with Indian banks and NBFC, esp. Lending, Collections and Trade Finance
· Demonstrated capability to conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations across areas such as:
- Business Strategy & Transformation
- Digital transformation
- Customer experience optimization
- Product innovation (retail & corporate lending, microfinance, fintech collaborations)
· Demonstrated capability to drive projects and their timely execution, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
· Collaborate with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.
· Help create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology
· Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.
· Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.
· Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
· Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.
· Demonstrated strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment, along with experience in driving adoption of new technologies (e.g., loan origination systems, etc.).
· Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)
· Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills
· Must be a self-starter and a team player with prior experience in working in cross-functional teams
Level & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant working experience.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Mumbai
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs.
