Job Description: PMO

Experience: 15+Years

 

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide programs across Corporate & Transaction Banking.
  • Drive strategic initiatives related to cash management, payments, trade finance, liquidity management, channels, and digital modernization.
  • Establish program structures, delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets for large-scale transformation programs.

Business Transformation & Strategy

  • Partner closely with business heads to shape and prioritize strategic transaction banking initiatives.
  • Lead operating model transformations, process re-engineering, and customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes—revenue uplift, cost optimization, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of engagement for CXOs, business leaders, technology heads, and external partners.
  • Facilitate steering committees, working groups, senior leadership updates, and cross-functional alignment.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure program compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks across the program lifecycle.
  • Drive robust documentation, reporting, and transparent communication of progress and risks.

 

3. Required Experience & Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 15–20 years of total experience with at least 10+ years driving complex programs within Corporate/Transaction Banking.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide business transformation programs in large banks or global financial services firms.
  • Extensive exposure to transaction banking products—payments, cash management, trade finance, supply chain finance, liquidity solutions, and corporate channels.
  • Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and influencing senior leadership.

Skills & Competencies

·      Deep understanding of corporate banking processes, customer journeys, and regulatory landscape.

·      Expertise in program governance, PMO structures, financial planning, and risk management.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

·      Familiarity with digital transformation themes—API banking, real-time payments, digital channels, automation, and data-driven enhancements.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or equivalent are a plus.
