Job Description – Analyst | Customer Strategy & Design

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our Strategy Consulting practice as Analyst. This role offers an opportunity to work with leading consumer businesses to solve strategic and operational challenges.

As an Analyst, you will support consulting teams in developing insights, conducting analyses and translating recommendations into executable actions. You will work across growth strategy, go-to-market transformation, commercial excellence, market entry, operating model design, digital transformation and implementation initiatives.

Role Objective

Support client engagements through rigorous analysis, structured problem solving and execution support to enable measurable business outcomes.

 

Your Tasks

  • Conduct market, consumer, competitive and industry research to generate actionable insights
  • Analyze business performance data and support development of fact-based recommendations
  • Assist in building growth strategies, GTM approaches, channel strategies and business cases
  • Support commercial and operational transformation initiatives across sales, distribution and customer experience
  • Develop financial models, dashboards and analytical frameworks
  • Create presentations and client-ready deliverables with clear storytelling
  • Coordinate with client and internal teams to track project progress and deliverables
  • Support pilot design, implementation planning and progress monitoring of strategic initiatives
  • Assist in documenting processes, governance mechanisms and execution playbooks
  • Contribute to knowledge development and practice-building initiatives

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with business and financial analysis
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Curiosity to understand consumer and market dynamics
  • Willingness to travel based on project requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, Statistics or related disciplines
  • MBA / relevant postgraduate degree preferred but not mandatory
  • 0–2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, business operations, market research or relevant industry roles
  • Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical capability
