Job Description – Consultant | Consumer Strategy & Design

About the role

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our Management Consulting practice to help clients accelerate growth, improve commercial performance and execute transformation agendas.

In this role, you will independently manage workstreams across strategic and operational engagements while working closely with senior client stakeholders. You will combine analytical rigor with execution orientation to drive measurable business impact.

Projects may span growth strategy, market entry, commercial transformation, revenue growth management, go-to-market design, operating model transformation, consumer experience and digital enablement.

 

Role Objective

Own and deliver consulting workstreams from diagnosis through solution development and implementation support to enable sustainable business outcomes.

 

Your Tasks

  • Meet with clients to understand their goals and challenges and analyse data to identify root causes of inefficiencies
  • Support in end-to-end execution of project modules with limited supervision
  • Structure business problems and develop hypotheses-driven analyses
  • Design growth, commercial and operational transformation initiatives
  • Develop GTM strategies, market expansion approaches and execution roadmaps
  • Build business cases, operating models and implementation plans
  • Translate strategy into initiatives with defined owners, governance and KPIs
  • Facilitate client workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor implementation progress and support issue resolution during execution
  • Manage project plans, risks and workstream deliverables
  • Coach analysts and ensure quality of analytical outputs
  • Contribute to proposal development and thought leadership
  • Stay informed about competitive insights and trends to provide a strategic edge

 

Required Skills and Qulaification 

  • Strong consulting toolkit across problem solving, analytics and communication
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Project management and execution tracking capability
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • MBA from a reputed institution preferred
  • Experience across consumer industry
