Investment Operations
- Knowledge of investment operations processes, incl. settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, cash processing, and exceptions management.
- Track record supporting operations re-design, OPS BA work, and RfP/RfI processes with an understanding of BPO options and vendor landscapes.
- Experience working with e.g. custodians, brokers, and/or clearing houses, understanding operational SLAs, failure points, and risk controls.
- Capability to drive process simplification and automation (workflow, rules engines, RPA, straight-through-processing).
- Ability to coordinate multi-team environments (OPS, IT, Compliance, Risk) and produce clear business/functional specifications.
Advisory + Omnichannel (incl. Aladdin)
- Expertise in advisory processes, incl. needs analysis, suitability & appropriateness (K&E), risk profiling, proposal creation, and investment documentation.
- Experience designing hybrid advisory journeys, combining advisor-led, remote, and self-service modules; ideally with mapping to various client segments (retail, affluent, HNWI).
- Strong understanding of PMS and advisory systems, incl. portfolio construction logic, suitability engines, and advisory workflows.
- Capabilities in defining omnichannel orchestration, ensuring seamless data flow and continuity between channels (branch, online, mobile, advisor desktop).
- Familiarity with MiFID II / FIDLEG rules, client-interaction documentation, and integration to CRM and digital channels.
