Your work profile:
As a Senior Consultant in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
Required Skills:
- Mandatory expertise required across relevant experience - Banking domain experience JQL, Data & Cloud is must
- Strong Scrum Fundamentals & Ceremony Governance
- Able to facilitate structured, value-driven ceremonies and promote continuous improvement across teams.
- Hands-on JIRA Expertise
- Experience with dashboarding, reporting, and basic JQL to provide transparency and support data-backed decision-making.
- Project Management Ownership Across the Delivery Lifecycle
- Ability to drive execution across cloud and data-led engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Domain & Scaled Agile Exposure
- Understanding of BFSI domain and experience working in SAFe or similar scaled Agile environments.
Level of Experience Required:
- 8+ years
- 1–2 Years of Cloud & Data Project Experience
- Practical exposure to data platform, analytics, or cloud modernization programs.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Tech/MBA/MCA/BE
Location and way of working:
- Location- Pune/Chennai/Bangalore
- Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs
