We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support for SAP Commerce (Hybris) applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, perform system monitoring, and ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

SAP Commerce Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office – Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Business Analyst (BA) to act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) platform is implemented effectively to meet specific e-commerce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions for e-commerce features like product search, order management, promotions, and content management (WCMS/PCM).
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows ("as-is/to-be" analysis), user stories, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage communication and alignment across business owners, project managers, and technical teams (developers, QA, architects) to ensure project success.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Work closely with solution architects and developers to design solutions, configure the SAP Commerce platform, and map requirements to standard SAP Hybris features.
• Integration Coordination: Coordinate integration efforts between SAP Commerce and other systems, such as SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party services using APIs and middleware.
• Testing Support: Support QA and UAT by coordinating testing activities, clarifying acceptance criteria, and validating fixes.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile and Scrum processes, including writing epics and managing product backlogs.
• Training and Support: Provide end-user training and day-to-day application support, troubleshooting issues, and documenting work instructions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to e-commerce implementations.
• Proven experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementations in B2B and/or B2C domains.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong functional knowledge of key SAP Commerce modules: WCMS, PCM, PIM, Order Management, Payment gateways and associated cockpits.
• Understanding of SAP Hybris platform architecture and data modelling concepts.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional business process and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
