Salesforce Data Cloud Developer / Senior Consultant with hands-on experience across Salesforce Clouds. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, including complex data transforms, and a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced data transforms in Salesforce Data Cloud using complex formulas and calculated insights to derive enriched attributes and behavioral signals.
- Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and activation flows across Salesforce Clouds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify customer data and enable real-time personalization and segmentation
- Configure and optimize Data Cloud features including data streams, harmonization rules, and audience activation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all Salesforce platforms.
- Support integration efforts between Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce core using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for scalable, reusable Data Cloud implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data transformation issues, ensuring performance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Data Cloud and at least one other Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, especially in building complex calculated insights and segmentation logic.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and audience activation strategies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce APIs, SQL, and declarative tools for data operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Marketing Cloud Administrator are preferred.
Key skills required:
- Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.
- Should have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
- Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
- Ability to develop all project related documents like requirement document, system design document, use cases, test plan, training manual etc.
- Handling a team and also responsible for client deliverables.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Data Processing Engine (DPE), Decision Tables, and Business Rules to design, implement, and optimize loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and marketing teams to enable personalized customer engagement using Salesforce Data Cloud and decisioning capabilities.
Desired Qualifications:
Developer – 5 - 7 years of experience
Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
Good verbal and written communication skills
