Generalist / BA in Financial Service - Banking domain, with experience in Banks/NBFCs/Other Big4 in FS sector

Job description: 1-3 years of experience in Financial services consulting (India market preferred) or in leading banks, with understanding of banking domain in at least one of the following areas: retail banking, lending, payments, SME banking. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across business strategy, operations and operating model design, digital transformation, process re-engineering, cost optimization, etc. The candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills. Should be able to multitask across project delivery, proposal responses and firm-wide initiatives.

Preferred qualification:

• MBA/advanced degree from top tier B-schools OR Bachelors in Engineering/Commerce/Economics or equivalent with experience in financial services domain
• Strong experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Proven experience in banking projects or operations
• Comfortable with travelling for client engagements, as required
• Comfortable travelling to office for work, as required
