Your Work Profile 

• 4 years of experience
• Provide L2 support for network security incidents and escalations
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco)
• Implement and review firewall rules, NAT policies, and security objects
• Manage VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL, Site-to-Site, Remote Access)
• Monitor and respond to network-based threats (DoS, malware, intrusion attempts)
• Perform firewall rulebase optimization and periodic access reviews
• Support SIEM integration and security log analysis
• Participate in change management, audits, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with SOC, IR, and network teams
• Maintain SOPs and technical documentation

Key Skills Required:   

• Strong knowledge of network security devices and technologies
• Solid understanding of:
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS
• Routing & switching fundamentals
• Network segmentation and security zones
• Experience with:
• IDS/IPS
• Proxy and load balancer concepts
• Cloud network security basics (AWS/Azure security groups, VPNs)
• 4–5 years of experience in Network / Network Security roles
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise firewalls
• PCNSE / PCNSA (Palo Alto)
• NSE 4–6 (Fortinet)
• CCNP Security / CCNA Security
• Security+, CEH
• Incident resolution and response time
• Network security uptime and stability
• Compliance and audit readiness
• Education B. E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
