Your work profile
As Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
We are looking for an experienced SIEM L3 Engineer to provide advanced-level support in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. The L3 engineer will act as a senior escalation point, performing detailed threat analysis, handling complex incidents, and providing guidance to junior SOC team members. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring tools, along with the ability to lead investigations and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills & Knowledge :
Should be a certified SIEM Administrator in QRadar with hands on experience of 4+ years on the QRadar Platform.
Proficient in troubleshooting and follow up with the QRadar Technical support team. Ensure produst stability and availability at all times. Ensure 24x7 follow up until the issue is resolved.
Good in the Front End APP Console and Administration with log source grouping and fine tuning of logs to ensure optimum utlilisation of EP license.
Able to manage the back end of the SIEM platform , ensure timely backups and health check of the QRadar systems ranging from Event Processor, Console, Data Node, Flow Processor and Storage.

Should be able to maintain the online logs as per compliance and off-line logs. Ensure recovery of backups.
Able to take the entire upgradation of SIEM platform from pre-checks to upgrade process and PMR support follow up with product teams. Should produce the upgrade plan and get the same approved and report the closure of the upgrade matched with the pre-checks report.
Ensure that the Security Patches and vulnerabilities on the platform are closed in the minor and major upgrades.
Sound Cyber Security Principles and well versed in security domains of Endpoint , Network, Database, Cloud Security technologies like IPS, WAF, Firewall, Deception, Cloud Security, AV, EDR, . Should be strong in Content Development (Use cases mapped to the MITRE framework)
Implement & Maintain Extensive Security Operation Policies and procedures documentation including AWS, Azure, OCP, GCP cloud instance of the SIEM platform.
Proper integration and smooth interoperability with the Log Sources and SOAR / TIP platforms and other UEBA, Network Behaviour systems is a must.
Operational Abilities :
Track daily SIEM platform health checks and other database / storage warning alerts.
Check log stoppages and reconcile them on time to keep the log stoppages at a bare minimum.
Manage the work pressure on the project and keep the team alert and manage their work life balance.
Ensure timely preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Maintain the QRadar SIEM Documents related to Architecture, Utlilisation and Capacity and Content Management (Use Cases)
Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCFA, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
- Certification in specific SIEM platforms (e.g., IBM QRadar, Splunk).
