As a Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Design, develop and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles and conventions.
- Configure robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
- Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
• 12+ years of experience in IT projects in the Customs field.
· Previous experience in managing complex transformation projects in the public sector.
· Ability to provide technical leadership in collaboration with the client, including acting as a resource to the project team, by evaluating and providing technical alternatives to address commercial and technical problems.
· TOGAF certification required.
· Collaborate with the application architect and solution designer on these tasks, if necessary.
· Conduct information security risk assessments and identify and develop security controls, including those required to support external regulations.
· Work with the support unit to determine how the application will be supported in production, including backup, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management.
· Obtain stakeholder approval for application and technical designs.
· Review application and technical architecture deliverables through the development phase to ensure quality and follow-up on requirements.
· Verify the design with stakeholder to ensure the design meets requirements.
· Take responsibility for designing, preparing, and testing all technology architecture elements/solutions (e.g., development, operating, and operations environments)
Job Description: The Technology Architecture & Integration Officer will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture and integration strategies of the organization’s technology systems. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business and technology, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms, and maintaining a scalable and secure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology architecture, systems integration, and leadership in managing large-scale IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Architecture Design:
- Develop and maintain the organization’s overall technology architecture and integration strategy to meet business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable, flexible, and secure technology architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Ensure architecture aligns with business processes, technical standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and adoption of modern technologies, such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization, and API-driven architecture.
- Systems Integration:
- Oversee the integration of multiple systems, platforms, and technologies within the enterprise.
- Define and manage best practices for data integration, system interoperability, and enterprise application integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between disparate systems.
- Identify and resolve system integration challenges, providing timely solutions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- Technology Leadership & Governance:
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends to guide the organization’s IT evolution.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for architecture and integration practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, product, operations, etc.) to understand technology needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across technology teams.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational goals and define technology roadmaps that support them.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure architecture and integration strategies are effectively executed in projects.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for technology tools, systems, and integrations.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure that technology architecture and integrations comply with regulatory standards and security policies.
- Identify potential risks in the architecture and integration processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate technology risks, security, and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Lead efforts to continuously monitor and optimize the performance of integrated systems.
- Implement best practices for technology performance, availability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Leverage analytics to track the success of technology integration efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
