Detailed JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React JS to join our Wholesale Credit Risk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex financial applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience for Intermediate Position and 8+ yrs for Expert Position in full stack development, with a strong focus on Java and React JS.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in wholesale credit risk.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
