Core responsiblities

• Planning and Execution: Defining project milestones, creating work breakdown structures, and maintaining delivery timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Identifying potential issues early, managing risks, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Stakeholder Management: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Coaching: Guiding teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies, mentoring members, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Process Improvement: Optimizing workflows, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Resource Management: Allocating resources, managing budget constraints, and handling personnel, including hiring and upskilling. 

Core Skills Required:

• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
