Job Title: Delivery Manager

Role Summary:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role bridges business, technology, and operations while driving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end project/program delivery across multiple teams
• Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices and ensure adherence to SDLC
• Manage client and senior stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, BA, etc.)
• Track delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting standards are met
• Coordinate with product, architecture, and business teams for roadmap execution
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and capacity management

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong delivery management background
• Experience managing E2E BFSI Domain projects / Program
• Experience managing both technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge on Technology landscape and latest technologies in market
• Proven experience handling large-scale application or product deliveries
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)

Good to Have:

• Exposure to digital transformation or enterprise platforms
• Experience working with global / distributed teams
