Your work profile

As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage mining projects from initiation to closure, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring.

·      Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.

·      Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges.

·      Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.

·      Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.

·      Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal & external stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.

Key skills required: 

As a practitioner, you will work in teams led by partners, with colleagues and clientele belonging to metals & mining industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.

Skills required: 

• 5-6 years of experience in Greenfield and Brownfield mining project
• Should have good communication and presentation skills.
• Should have experience of working with mining and metal sector clients / industry or relevant industry.

Qualifications

• BTech in Mining Engineering
• PG/MBA will be an advantage
