Your work profile.

 

As a Manager in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

SAP ARIBA Professional should have:

 

  • Relevant experience of 5–10 years in SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP)
  • Should have done 2–3 full-cycle implementations
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

  • Lead and manage sourcing events using Ariba Sourcing module
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and e-auctions
  • Analyze sourcing data and generate reports for procurement strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies and supplier selection criteria

Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP):

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba SLP module
  • Manage supplier onboarding, validation, and performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and business requirements
  • Maintain supplier master data and facilitate integration with ERP systems

Contract Management:

  • Design and configure contract workspace templates
  • Manage contract authoring, negotiation, approval workflows, and compliance tracking
  • Implement clause-level changes and version control within Ariba UI
  • Integrate e-signature solutions and manage contract amendments
  • Run pre-packaged reports for contract analytics and insights

 

Desired qualifications

  • CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Expertise in Ariba Network, CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), and middleware tools
  • Familiarity with SAP standards, governance, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
