Your work profile

• Strategic Leadership & Governance
• Define the long-term enterprise integration strategy and roadmap using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh).
• Establish and enforce integration governance, development standards, best practices, and security policies across the organization.
• Drive architecture modernization by migrating legacy middleware (SAP PI/PO) to cloud-native architectures.
• Manage budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize project delivery costs and software licensing.
• Architecture & Delivery Oversight

• Architect complex B2B, A2A, and B2G integration scenarios connecting SAP S/4HANA with cloud ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, Azure, AWS) and third-party APIs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and adhere to quality benchmarks.
• Act as the highest point of technical escalation for complex architectural challenges and critical production issues.
• Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of integration architects, developers, and consultants.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, keeping the team updated on emerging SAP technologies, DevOps practices, and AI-driven automation.
• Conduct performance evaluations, define career paths, and manage resource forecasting.

Key skills required

• Overall Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT enterprise integration.
• SAP Specifics: At least 6+ years of hands-on and architectural experience dedicated to SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a formal management or leadership role guiding cross-functional teams.
• Technical Expertise

• Core SAP Platform: Deep expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Protocols & Formats: Mastery of integration protocols including HTTP/HTTPS, SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, OData, EDI, XML, and JSON.
• Development: Strong understanding of Groovy Scripts, JavaScript, and XSLT mapping within CPI.
• Legacy Migration: Proven track record of successfully leading SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration strategies.
• Security & DevSecOps: Deep understanding of enterprise security models (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS, Certificates, PG/WSSecurity) and CI/CD pipelines for integration.
• Soft Skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and align diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on business outcomes.
• Agile delivery expertise (Scrum/SAFe methodologies).

Qualification

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
