Your work profile:

 

  • We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS professional with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA transformation, Brownfield conversion, Greenfield implementation, technical upgrades, and Suite on HANA (SoH).
  • Experience in the Insurance / BFSI sector is highly preferred.
  • Lead/support S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and Greenfield implementations from the BASIS perspective.
  • Manage SAP technical upgrades, migrations, system copies/refreshes, patching, and kernel upgrades.
  • Support SoH/ECC to S/4HANA transformation, including technical assessment, planning, migration and cutover.
  • Work with SUM, DMO, Maintenance Planner and SAP HANA.

 

 

 

Key Skills Required

 

  • 5-8 Years of SAP experience
  • Lead/support S/4HANA Brownfield conversions and Greenfield implementations from the BASIS perspective.
  • Manage SAP technical upgrades, migrations, system copies/refreshes, patching, and kernel upgrades.
  • Support SoH/ECC to S/4HANA transformation, including technical assessment, planning, migration and cutover.
  • Work with SUM, DMO, Maintenance Planner and SAP HANA.
  • Manage HANA administration, performance monitoring, backup/recovery and HA/DR.
  • Support technical cutover, go-live, hypercare and production stabilization.
  • Coordinate with functional, ABAP, security, infrastructure, cloud and integration teams.

 

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong SAP BASIS + SAP HANA experience.
  • S/4HANA Brownfield and/or Greenfield implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience in technical upgrades and migrations.
  • Experience with Suite on HANA (SoH).
  • SUM / DMO / Maintenance Planner experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.

 

Preferred

  • Insurance / BFSI domain experience.
  • RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Private Cloud exposure.
  • Azure/AWS/GCP experience.
  • Experience in HANA performance, database growth, housekeeping or data archiving.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
