Your work profile

• As an experienced SAP MM Senior Consultant to join our SAP practice and play a key role in S/4HANA transformation, implementation, migration, and support projects. Should strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management and Procurement processes, with proven experience in delivering end-to-end SAP solutions across manufacturing, chemicals, retail, or process industries.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process discussions with client stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP MM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and support SAP MM processes including:
• Procurement-to-Pay (P2P)
• Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Invoice Verification
• Vendor Management
• Material Master Management
• Physical Inventory
• Stock Transport Orders (STO)
• Release Strategies
• Subcontracting & Consignment
• Project Delivery
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, and Shell Migration programs.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development teams for RICEFW objects.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities.
• Drive data migration, validation, reconciliation, and go-live support.
• Integration & Process Excellence
• Work closely with SAP SD, PP, QM, EWM/WM, FICO, and Ariba teams.
• Support integration with third-party applications, APIs, IDOCs, and middleware platforms.
• Recommend process optimization opportunities leveraging S/4HANA capabilities and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Management
• Engage directly with client business and IT leadership.
• Manage project deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key skills required

• 6-10 years of SAP MM consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Material Master, Invoice Verification, STO and Procurement Processes,Release Procedures
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience creating functional specifications and managing testing cycles.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharma, Retail, or Consumer industries.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba, EWM, or IBP.
• Knowledge of Fiori Applications and Embedded Analytics.
• Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration programs.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.

• SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA Logistics is preferred.

Qualification

Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
