Work you’ll do
As a Consultant in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with
teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
SAP Fieldglass should have:
- Should have 5-6 years of total experience in SAP development experience, including at least 3-5 years of hands-on SAP Fieldglass experience.
- Proven experience in leading SAP Fieldglass projects, especially full lifecycle implementations, Rollouts and Support engagements.
- Strong understanding of external workforce management and procurement processes.
- Expertise in designing and developing custom integrations (e.g., using SAP PI/PO, CPI, API-based connections).
- Familiarity with adjacent SAP modules (SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4HANA, FI/CO, HR) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Should have done at least one end to end implementation of SAP Fieldglass (FG)
- SAP Fieldglass in-depth knowledge on Contingent worker module (CWM), Statement of work (SOW) & Profile worker modules
- Excellent knowledge on Connectors, reports, download/upload interfaces with CPI, Event mesh
- Good Knowledge on SAP S4 systems & Addons - Should have experience in integration with upstream and downstream systems. (S4, ServiceNow)
- Expertise in Connector configurations with Timesheet and expense reporting, Invoicing feature, Integration with other required systems
- Should have involved in Requirement gathering, Solution Architecture, Integration, Implementation
- Should have involved in customizations/report creation of Fieldglass according to customer needs
- Should have involved in handling performance issue, data migration and other issues Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions, including Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, and Statement of Work (SOW) modules.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SAP Fieldglass implementation and ongoing enhancements.
- Design and maintain integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, payroll systems).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and deployment plans.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal security, data privacy, and audit standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good Analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Manage all the SAP Fieldglass product releases and enhancements
Technical Skills:
- SAP Fieldglass Functional Configuration (Job Posting, Work Order, SOW, Invoicing, etc.)
- SAP Fieldglass Technical Configuration and Integration tools: Configuration Manager experience, API configuration Knowledge in SAP CPI, PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or similar preferred
- API/Web Services (REST/SOAP) – Knowledge preferred
- XML, JSON, SQL– Knowledge preferred
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Fieldglass Certification (Contingent Workforce and/or Services Procurement)
- SAP Integration Suite or SAP CPI certification
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (optional)
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in engineering – Computer Science in IT /B. E / B. Tech or MBA would be preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
