Your work profile

As a Manager, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

  • Manage the technical design needed to enable payroll within a country, across geographies. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the workstream. Collaborate with other leads and workstreams in the implementation program to ensure technical design for payroll is aligned with the broader implementation framework
  • Ensure that the global architecture is applied and reflected in the new system. Work alongside third-party payroll vendors and implementation partners for all technical & related tasks
  • Serve as the global technical contact point for internal teams, third-party payroll vendors and implementation partners. Collaborate closely with the internal Global HR Technology, Data and Processes CoE (HREX), IS service integration team and Data & Systems modernization program, in country IS teams to ensure requirements are properly translated and implemented in Workday, middleware, vendor applications
  • Support the migration of payroll data from legacy systems to the new system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Oversee the design of integrations based on the global design and local requirements ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between systems
  • Oversee and coordinate the development and execution of technical test plans and all test activities (incl. UAT, parallel runs, integration testing) to validate system functionality across all countries. Provide leadership and guidance on issue resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigations 

Key skills required: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations in: CPI, Dell Boomi Integration platform, BIB replication. Solid understanding of data structures in both SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.- Must to have
  • Ability to analyze payloads, troubleshoot interface issues, and work with middleware tools effectively. Exposure to API management tools and XML/JSON handling. Experience with integration monitoring and alerting frameworks.
