Your work profile

 

As a practitioner in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules. Translate business needs into functional requirements.
  2. Configuration:  Configure Workday Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules to meet business requirements. Set up time-off policies, benefits plans, learning content, and other module-specific configurations. Implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as needed.
  3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements.
  4. Integration: Configure integrations between Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and other relevant HR systems. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
  5. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers on the usage of Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules. Address user inquiries and issues related to module functionality.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of module configurations, business rules, and customizations. Develop user guides and training materials.
  7. Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security controls and data access permissions for the configured modules. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
  8. Change Management: Support change management activities related to module implementation, including communication and user adoption strategies.

 

 

  1. Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess the performance and effectiveness of configured modules.          Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to align with evolving business needs.

 

Qualifications / Skill  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Workday HCM certification, particularly in Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning modules.
  • Proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes related to Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with change management and training strategies is a plus.

 

 

Location and way of working

  • Base location: PAN India
  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
