Job Title:  T&T I Cyber-D&R I Network Security Lead I Mumbai

Your work profile:

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network security solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead implementation and optimization of security controls to protect critical business assets.
• Perform security architecture reviews and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
• Manage and troubleshoot next-generation firewalls (NGFWs) such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower
• Configure and maintain security policies, NAT, VPNs, routing, IPS, URL filtering, and application controls.
• Conduct firewall rule reviews, policy optimization, and compliance audits.
• Deploy, configure, and manage WAF solutions including: Imperva, F5 ASM, Akamai Kona, Cloudflare WAF
• Create and tune WAF policies to protect against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Perform application security assessments and support secure application deployments.
• Manage proxy and web security platforms such as: Zscaler, Blue Coat (Symantec ProxySG), Forcepoint, Netskope
• Configure URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP integration, and internet access policies.
• Troubleshoot web access and security-related issues.
• Implement and manage DDoS mitigation solutions.
• Coordinate incident response during large-scale network attacks.
• Monitor and improve threat detection and response capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and SOC teams.
• Engage with vendors for solution evaluation, implementation, and support.

Key skills required: 

• 8+years of experience. Strong expertise in:
• Firewall Technologies (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco)
• Web Application Firewalls (Imperva, F5, Akamai, Cloudflare)
• Proxy/Secure Web Gateway Solutions (Zscaler, Blue Coat, Netskope, Forcepoint)
• IDS/IPS Technologies, VPN Technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN), NAC Solutions
• DDoS Protection Platforms,DNS Security
• Network Segmentation and Zero Trust Architecture, Networking Expertise
• TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, SD-WAN
• Load Balancers (F5, Citrix ADC), Network Packet Analysis (Wireshark)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale security transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and risk management.
• Experience handling critical incidents and executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
