Qualifications (Mandatory)

Master’s degree in business administration (MBA /PGDM or equivalent) from recognized institution

Your work profile (Mandatory)

5+ years of experience, including:

• Leading, managing, and monitoring government programs/projects, with 3+ years at sub-state level (preference for multilateral-funded projects).
• ii) Policy support for 3+ policies/reforms/regulations, including monitoring and evaluation for State/UT programs/projects.

JD

1. Conduct stakeholder consultations, analyze data, and identify KPIs.

2. Study district socio-economic indicators and SDG frameworks for data-driven monitoring.

3. Define dashboard requirements using socio-economic and SDG indicators for fund flow analysis.

4. Monitor expenditure of annual action plans and district strategic plans.

5. Recommend rationalization of District Planning Committee schemes aligned with annual plans.

6. Track project progress and initiate achievement submissions for disbursement against DLIs.

7. Monitor completion of deliverables as per DLI matrix.
